will not sell this product to you, and in that case you should return

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation: This Product
is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify,
reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from this
Product.

Parts Warranty: ADM PERFORMANCE warrants that the Product
will be free from defects for a period of 90 days. Any defects in
materials or workmanship shall be repaired or replaced at our sole
discretion. ADM PERFORMANCE does not warrant against damages or
defects arising out of use of the Product. No warranty of any kind,
expressed or implied, is made regarding the safety of the Product.
The entire risk as to the quality or performance of the Product
is with the Buyer.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ADM PERFORMANCE
be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special,
consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of
or connected with the use or misuse of this Product. Should the
Product prove defective following purchase, our liability is limited
to the Buyer's purchase price of the Product. We shall not have
any obligation with respect to the Product or any part thereof,
whether based on contract, tort, and strict liability or otherwise.
Some products will void factory warranties and may not be street legal in your state. Products are designed for off road use only and may not be street legal for use in your state. Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of Product.

the right to change the terms, conditions, and our products.

Shipping and Return Policies
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
We offer Standard UPS Ground, UPS Second Day, UPS Overnite
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to ADM Performance for a refund of your purchase price, minus a restocking fee.
NOTE: A restocking fee of 25% is charged for all returned merchandise. ADM Performance is not responsible for shipping fee's related to returned merchandise.
